SHIPPING POLICY
We’re excited to get your order to you! Here’s what you need to know:
Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You’ll receive a confirmation email once your order ships.
Shipping Rates & Delivery
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method. Delivery times vary depending on where you’re located.
Shipping Carriers
We ship using USPS.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking email so you can follow your package every step of the way.
Split Shipments
Some items may ship separately due to availability, size, or if an item is on pre-order. If that happens, you’ll receive tracking details for each shipment.
Incorrect or Missing Items
If you receive an incorrect or missing item, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and we’ll make it right.
Shipping Issues
Once an order has shipped, we’re not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, weather, or other factors outside our control—but we’ll always help however we can.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
We want you to love your purchase! If something isn’t quite right, here’s how returns work:

Returns must be postmarked within 7 days of delivery to receive a refund to your original payment method.

Returns postmarked within 30 days of delivery are eligible for store credit only.

Items must be unworn, unwashed, with original tags attached.

Items must be returned in their original packaging.

Sale items are final sale and cannot be returned

Washed or worn items cannot be accepted and will be sent back to you.
Once we receive your return, please allow up to two weeks for processing. Refunds may take an additional 1–3 business days to appear, depending on your bank.
To start a return, you’ll just need your order number—no receipt required.
